This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent not to harass the petitioners 2.Mr.A.Gokulakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instruction would submit that it is the matter that civil dispute is pending between the parties.

3.Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent police.

4.Such view of the matter, this Court cannot issue any blanket direction. However, if it is found to be civil dispute, the respondent police shall relegate the parties to the Civil Court.
