Challenge is made to the election notification on the sole ground that there is no clarity with respect to the nature of proof requiring for Huqdars (proof of descendants). 2.As rightly submitted by Mr.V.Lakshminarayanan, the learned counsel for the respondent, the same cannot be defined, as it is for the person concerned to give the proof and it is for the Wakf Board to assess the said nature of proof given and also the Writ Petition is too premature at this stage.
