the Commission on Agricultural Costs and Prices in its report dt 14.8.2014 including the creation of a Sugar Stabilization Fund for the purpose of bridging any gap between the "Fair and Remunerative Price"and the Cane price fixed using the Revenue Sharing Forumula.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted letter dated 30.10.2015 to the Registry seeking permission of this Court to post the above writ petition for withdrawal. The matter is listed today under the heading for withdrawal. When the matter is taken up today, a similar request is made before this Court and the learned counsel also submitted that liberty may be given to the petitioner to move this Court again, if so advised and an endorsement has also been made to that effect. 2.

Hence, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with such liberty.

No costs.
