2. To be noted, an order made by R2 rejecting writ petitioner's request for patta has been called in question in the captioned 'Writ Petition' ['WP' for the sake of brevity].

3. Captioned WMP for implead is opposed by the writ petitioner's counsel but there is consensus between both sides regarding WMP petitioners being heard as intervenors.

4. Therefore, we dispose of captioned WMP by writing that WMP petitioners would be heard as intervenors in the captioned WP. There shall be no order as to costs.
