ORDER
The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records pertaining to the proceedings of the respondent dated 18.11.2016 and to quash the same.
2. Mr.R.Venkatesh, learned Government Advocate, taking notice for the respondent submitted that under section 90 of the Motor Vehicles Act, the petitioner has got a remedy by way of an appeal as against the impugned order dated 18.11.2016.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also submitted that the petitioner would file an appeal before the appellate authority challenging the impugned order dated 18.11.2016.

4. In view of the same, the writ petition stands closed. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the impugned order dated 18.11.2016, in accordance with law, before the appellate authority. No costs.
