O R D E R

This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.68 of 2011 filed by the husband pending on the file of the Sub Court, Pudukkottai and to transfer the same to the file of the Sub Court, Ponneri.

H.M.O.P.No.68 of 2011 is filed by the respondenthusband on the file of the Sub Court, Pudukkottai for dissolution of marriage held between the petitioner and the respondent on 02.07.2006.

It is the grievance of the petitioner/wife that she is living with her parents house at Ponneri and is depending upon them. The petitioner's parents are coolie workers and they do not have income even to meet their day-to-day expenses and hence it is very difficult for her to go alone to Pudukottai to conduct the case. Hence, she seeks transfer from Pudukottai to Ponneri.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Inspite of notice having been served on the respondent and the name of the respondent having been printed in the cause list, the respondent has not chosen to appear either in person or through counsel.

Taking into consideration the above grievances expressed by the petitioner, this Court deems it fit to transfer the said H.M.O.P.No.68 of 2011 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Pudukkotai.

Accordingly, Tr.C.M.P is allowed and H.M.O.P.No.68 of 2016 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Pudukkottai shall stand withdrawn and same is transferred to the Sub Court, Ponneri. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
