Respondents Prayer:- This Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to place the petitioner's appeal dated 21.03.2019 filed against the order in Ref No.F.No.AICTE/AB/SR/PID/1-6690913 dated 11.03.2019 on the file of the 2nd respondent, before the 1st respondent Appellate Committee for consideration and disposal on merits

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents.

It is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents/AICTE that the representation of the petitioner dated 11.03.2019 has been considered by the 2nd respondent/AICTE and order has been passed in F.No.AICTE/AB/SR/PID 1-6690913. A copy of this order dated 13.05.2019 also furnished for the perusal of this Court. From the order, this Court finds that the copy has been marked to the petitioner/Swathi Educational and Charitable Trust. If the petitioner herein is aggrieved by the order passed, it can be challenged in accordance with law.

3. As far as, this writ petition is concerned, the relief of Mandamus to dispose of the representation having been already complied, there is no necessity to pass specific order.

4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Consequently, Connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
