The present petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.OP.No.5488 of 2025 dated 06.03.2025. 1/3
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioners has been complied with the conditions only for 12 days.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed in para No.7(b) in Crl.O.P.No.5488 of 2025, dated 06.03.2025, is modified to the effect that " the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.
