ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 08.07.2024, passed by this Court in W.P.No.14823 of 2024, thereby directed the proceed further with the selection process, if the petitioner is qualified in his written examination. 2.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent proceeded with the selection process and the petitioner was selected to the post of Graduate Teach IEDSS (History) by the proceeding dated 23.07.2025. He also produced a copy of the proceeding dated 23.07.2025, before this Court.

Recording the above submissions, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
