The writ petition is filed by the de facto complainant seeking to issue writ of mandamus directing respondents 1 and 2 to forward the petition dated 11.01.2017 for according sanction under Section 188 of Cr.P.C. to the third respondent forthwith. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader.
