ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction forbearing the third respondent from putting up construction in the layout Regularization No.62(R)/2018 in Park No.2 situated in S.No.265/1, Vandharathangal Village, Katpadi Taluk, Vellore District pending disposal of the representation of the petitioner dated 30.08.2020.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. The apprehension of the petitioner is that the second and third respondents proposed to construct Micro-Composting Centre in the place which were earmarked for park as per the layout in S.No.265/1, Vandharathangal Village, Katpadi Taluk, Vellore District.

4. On instructions, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondents have dropped the proposal and there is no construction of Micro-Composting Centre in the subject property which was earmarked for park as per the layout.

5. Recording the above said submission, this writ petition is closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
