Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.M.Suresh Kumar, learned Additional Advocate General appearing on behalf of the State has placed on record a copy of the interim order dated 12.08.2025 passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in W.A.2339 of 2025, staying the operation of the order sought to be implemented.
