ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to call for the records and quash the FIR in Crime No.45 of 2008, pending on the file of the first respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation in Cr.No.45 of 2008 was closed as "mistake of fact" as early as in the year 2011.

4. Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
