Respondent Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus, to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.07.2014 and subsequently to give preference for employment based on the certificate of preference for employment issued by land acquisition officer and special Tahsildar (Adi Dravidar Welfare), Tirutani, dated 16.12.2002.

ORDER
The petitioner claimed preference for employment on the ground that his land was acquired for public purpose. The petitioner submitted a representation, dated 7.7.2014, requesting the respondent to give him preference based on the certificate of preference for employment, issued by the Special Tahsildar, Adi Dravidar Welfare, Tiruttani, dated 16.12.2002. The present prayer is to direct the respondent to consider the said representation.
2. The respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner, dated 07.07.2014, in the light of the Certificate, dated 16.12.2002, issued by the Special Tahsildar, Adi Dravidar Welfare, Tiruttani. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The writ petition is disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
