2.By efflux of time, it will be unnecessary to keep the writ petition pending as the petitioner has not produced the license stated to have been issued to him by the TASMAC. 3.In any event, if any license even issued was only for a period of one year. Therefore, the writ petition is closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to approach the authorities, if still a need arises to do so. No costs.
