By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. Alleging that the patta has been granted wrongly in patta No.596 for the property situated in Gurusilaapattu Village, Vaniyambadi Circle, Vellore District, in favour of One Thangavel, the petitioner has made a representation dated 03.09.2015, seeking appropriate orders. Since, no orders have been passed, the present Writ Petition is filed.

4. Taking into account the pendency of the representation, the second respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 03.09.2015, after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as to the concerned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

persons, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
