By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. This Writ Petition has been filed praying for a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's petition dated 24.08.2015.

3. Heard both sides.

4. A perusal of the documents would go to show that R.Thangavel has now made a request to the respondents seeking issuance of patta for the land situated in Survey No.328/1, Kondaiyanpalayam Village, Kottapalayam, Annur, Coimbatore District. The petitioner made a representation on 24.08.2015 giving her objections enclosing relevant documents marking copies to the respondents 2 to 4. dispose of the representation dated 24.08.2015, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

5. Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation, a direction is issued to the third respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 24.08.2015, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as to the 3rd parties seeking transfer of patta, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
