This Court by order dated 03.04.2019 has allowed the Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd., the mortgagee bank to deposit the remaining amount after realising the loan before this Court. 2.
In such view of the matter, no further orders required in the application. Accordingly, this application is closed. If, the amount is deposited as per the order of this Court, then it is open for the applicant to move this Court for appropriate orders.
