ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to obey the orders passed in Crl.M.P.No.32990 of 2022 dated 06.06.2023 by the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai and to provide necessary police assistance to the Advocate Commissioner to take physical possession of the secured property belonging to the third respondent. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that the petitioner sent a representation to the Commissioner of Police, which was forwarded to the Joint Commissioner of Police, West Zone, Greater Chennai Police, who in turn issued a Memorandum dated 04.12.

2025, directing the Inspector of Police, R5 Virugambakkam Police Station to provide police assistance to execute the warrant in accordance with law and further the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Koyambedu was directed to make precautionary measures and provide sustainable strength and to ensure that the condition order passed by the Court in Crl.M.P.No.32990 of 2022 dated 21.07.2023 is executed. He further submitted that due to impending general election, adequate police protection could not be diverted.
