2. It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petition enquiry is pending in CSR No.589 of 2014 in respect of the complaint given by Radhika and Venugopal. He further submitted that the respondent police will act according to law on the complaint and issue summons to the petitioner to appear for the enquiry in connection with the said complaint. Recording the same, the petition is closed.
