This revision seeks a direction to learned II Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai, to dispose the O.P. No.1952 of 2012 pending on its file.

3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner and respondent are wife and husband. Differences arose between them. Hence, petitioner filed O.P.No.1952 of 2012 seeking divorce and the same is pending. Learned counsel prays for early disposal of the petition.

4. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for petitioner, this Court directs the learned II Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai, to dispose of O.P. No.1952 of 2012, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
