ORDER
Heard Mr.V.Ajayakumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.Nandakumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the 2nd respondent.
2. When the matter was called, the writ petitioner and the third respondent, the contesting parties, are present. It is stated that they have entered into a compromise and had settled the matter amicably amongst them.
3. Evidencing the compromise, a Trite Party/Joint Compromise Memo was filed before this court. The contesting parties have confirmed that they have affixed their signature and orders be passed on the basis of the said Compromise Memo.
4. The second respondent has also affixed his signature in the Compromise Memo. The said Compromise Memo is taken on record and the writ petition is ordered as per the terms reduced in writing in the Joint Compromise Memo, filed by the petitioner and the respondents 2 and 3.
