ORDER
The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 4th respondent to consider the representation dated 24.04.2017 and reminder representation dated 06.07.2017 to issue Natham patta in his favour bearing natham S.No.337/1 New Survey No.410/10 to the extent of 600 square feet, which is situated in Thumbal Village,
Pethanaickenpalayam Taluk. Salem District, within a time frame.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in spite of the petitioner's representations dated 24.04.2017 and 06.07.2017, the 4th respondent has not passed any orders so far.
3. Mr.S.N.Parthasarathy, learned Government Advocate, taking notice for the respondents submitted that the 4th respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representations, in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and also taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 4th respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 24.04.2017 and 06.07.2017 for issuance of natham patta and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
