O R D E R
The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register the petitioner's complaint dated 29.08.2020 and 05.09.2020 and proceed in accordance with law. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on receipt of the complaint dated 29.08.2020 from the petitioner, she was issued with CSR No.728 of 2020. Thereafter the respondent police conducted detailed enquiry and closed the CSR on 20.09.2020.

3.Considering the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petition becomes devoid of merits. Accordingly the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to lodge a private complaint before the Court concerned, in the manner known to law, if so advised.
