The petitioner was permitted to retire from service pending charges. Though all the other retirement benefits have been given, the Earned Leave Salary and Security Deposit have not been paid. Thus, a representation was made by the petitioner on 21.07.2015. On its non consideration, the present Writ Petition has been filed. 2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation, the respondent is directed to consider and pass appropriate orders on the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
