2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that on the complaint of the petitioner dated 18.06.2016, a petition enquiry is pending in C.No.63 of 2016 before the first respondent/District Crime Branch, Tiruppur.

4. Under such circumstances, the first respondent is directed to enquire into the matter and take action in accordance with law.
