This Criminal Revision Case has been preferred challenging the order dated 27.06.2019 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Tiruvallur in C.M.P.No.19 of 2019 in M.C.No.13 of 2018. Page No.1/3

2. In the earlier occasion i.e. on 26.09.2022, the petitioner/husband was directed to deposit the entire arrears of maintenance to the credit of M.C.No.13 of 2018 on the file of the learned Judge, Family Court, Tiruvallur on or before 20.10.2022.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the order of this Court dated 26.09.2022 has not yet been complied with. Hence, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed.
