By consent of learned counsel on both sides, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

The relief sought in this writ petition is to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's Representation dated 07.04.2025 and also, to direct the respondents to measure, survey and demarcate petitioner's property by metes and bounds and to fix boundary stone in the petitioner's property comprised in Old Survey No.303/12.64, New Survey No.87 measuring an extent of 7 cents situated at Vaishodhani Palayam Village, Annavalli Panchayat bearing Patta No.722 dated 12.01.2024.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner made a Representation dated 07.04.2025 to the respondents requesting to measure, survey and demarcate the petitioner's property comprised in Old Survey No.303/12.64, New Survey No.87 measuring an extent of 7 cents 2/6
situated at Vaishodhani Palayam Village, Annavalli Panchayat bearing Patta No.722 dated 12.01.2024 and to fix boundary stones in the petitioner's property, but, the respondents have not yet considered the petitioner's representation. Hence, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that if the petitioner submits an Online Application seeking to measure, survey and demarcate her property and also, if she pays the necessary fees for carrying out the said exercises, the concerned respondent would consider the petitioner's Online Application in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

Considering the limited relief sought by the petitioner, this Writ Petition is disposed of on the following terms: (i) The petitioner is directed to submit an Online Application seeking to measure, survey and demarcate the aforesaid property and pay the necessary fees for carrying out the said exercises, within a period of four weeks from the date of uploading of the web copy of this order without waiting for the receipt of a certified copy of this order. 3/6
(ii) If such Online Application is submitted by the petitioner, the concerned respondent shall consider the same in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner, adjacent land owners and all other interested parties including rival claimants, if any, within a period of eight weeks from the date of submission of Online Application by the petitioner. (iii) Though facts have been set out extensively in the affidavit, this Court does not propose to deal with it while leaving it open to the respondents to call for any document/conduct enquiry to satisfy itself of the petitioner's entitlement for requesting survey of subject property. (iv) It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any views with regard to the merits of the case and it is open to the concerned respondent to consider the matter on its own merits and in accordance with law. Rights and contentions of the petitioner and all other interested parties are left open. No costs.
