Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issue of a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent 1 and 2 to take immediate action against the 3rd and 4th respondents and other so called supporters of Mahatma Gandhi's murderer N.V.Godse and prohibit them for installing Godse's statue in the State of Tamil Nadu in any public place based on the representation of the petitioner dated 27.12.2014.
