Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed by this Honble Court in Crl.O.P.No.13404 of 2022 order dated 14.06.2022 that each of the petitioners shall deposit a sum of 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only), as a non refundable deposit to the credit of the PUDUCHERRY ADVOCATE WELFARE FUND, A/c, No.7199772117, IFSC No.IDIB000B173.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MOHAMMED AASIF, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners by an order dated 14.06.2022 in Crl.O.P.No. 13404 of 2022 to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) as non refundable deposit to the credit of the Puducherry Advocate Welfare Fund, A/C.No. 7199772117 ; IFSC No.IDIB000B173.
