The petitioner, who was initially appointed as Assistant Surgeon, thereafter, was promoted as Chief Civil Surgeon and Chief Medical Officer in the year 2011. It is the grievance of the petitioner that though he is senior, his junior has been promoted temporarily and given additional charge. The petitioner made a representation on 07.11.2014 to the respondent no.1 seeking promotion to the post of Regional Administrative Medical Officer. On its non consideration, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation dated 07.11.2014, without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the respondent no.1 to consider and pass appropriate orders on the pending representation within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
