This Writ Petition has been filed to refrain the respondents from demanding / including the erstwhile owner's outstanding amount or dues of Rs.39,33,004/- in the petitioner's service connection HTSC No.039094340444 till the disposal of the appeal petition dated 20.01.2024 filed by the petitioner pending before the Tamil Nadu Electricity Ombudsman, against the order dated 18.12.023 in CGRF Petition No.46 of 2023.

2. Heard the learned counsels on either side.

When the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that during the pendency of the Writ Petition, the petitioner has paid the entire demand amount to the respondents by way of installments and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in the matter. 4.The submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is hereby

recorded. Since the demand amount has been paid by the petitioner, the matter has become infructuous and therefore, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
