Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time to comply the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.4979/2021 order dated 15.03.2021 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.MANIGANDAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. C.E.PRATAP, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Vide order dated 15.03.2021, this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking extension of time to surrender.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the prayer sought for by the petitioners deserves to be considered favorably.

3. Accordingly, time is extended by a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioners to surrender before the concerned Court and execute the sureties.
