ORDER

Claiming title to the property situated in Plot No.83 in Survey No.261/1, Ammampalayam Village, Attur Taluk, Salem District, in pursuant to the sale deed executed in his favour in 2015, a representation was made on 02.09.2015 by the petitioner to respondent No.3 seeking issuance of patta. It was followed by another representation dated 07.09.2015 to the respondents. On their non consideration, the present writ petition has been filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the representations of petitioner, a direction is issued to respondent No.4 to pass appropriate orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the third parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
