CRIME NO.7 OF 2022 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time for making his surrender for furnishing sureties on the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 11613 of 2022 dated 19.05.2022 on the file of this Hon`ble Court. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. G.BALACHANDAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner on 19.05.2022 in Crl.OP.No.11613 of 2022 to surrender and furnish the sureties.

3. Time already granted by this Court in Crl.OP.No.11613 of 2022 dated 19.05.2022 is extended till 05.07.2022, failing which, the anticipatory bail shall stands automatically cancelled. No further extension will be granted.
