O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to act upon the representation made by the petitioner on 24.08.2020 wherein the petitioner sought for the issuance of patta with respect to the subject property.

2. Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the third respondent has fixed a date for enquiry on 19.10.2020 at 11.00 A.M. and the petitioner can be present at the time of enquiry along with all the relevant documents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the third respondent has already called the petitioner for enquiry, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to complete the enquiry and pass final orders strictly in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
