(Order of the Court was delivered by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI,J.) Seeking a direction to the respondent Nos.1 to 3 to take appropriate action against the violations in constructing the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
superstructure by the 4th respondent at Old No.21, New No.22 General Swamy Street, Triplicane, Chennai-5 in accordance with law, the petitioner has come up with the instant petition. 2.
In response to the notice, the third respondent has filed an affidavit stating therein that there are certain deviations found on inspection in the premises on 11-03-2015. Thereafter, a stop work notice has been issued to the fourth respondent under Section 56 and 57 read with Section 85 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 on 12-03-2015 to which according to the learned counsel for the fourth respondent reply along with the sanction plan has been filed.

In view of that, the authorities are directed to examine the reply filed by the learned counsel for the fourth respondent and take appropriate action, on merits and in accordance with law within a time prescribed under the statute. The writ petition is disposed of, accordingly. No costs. The connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
