Considering the narrow scope of the prayer, without prejudice to the contentions and rights of both the parties, the Principal District and Sessions Court, Chengalput, is directed to dispose of EP.No.125 of 2019, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
