This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 21.01.2019 to take action against the accused persons namely 1.K.V.Meenakshi, 2.N.Ramya, 3.N.Ranjitha, 4.Janarthana and final report in accordance with law.

2. The second respondent is directed to consider the complaint submitted by the petitioner dated 21.01.2019. If the said complaint discloses cognizable offence, he has to register the case and proceed in accordance with law. In case, the said complaint discloses civil dispute or non cognizable offence, he has to direct the petitioner to approach the concerned forum and seek remedy.

3. With the aforesaid direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. No costs.
