ORDER

Though the petitioner has sought for a larger relief, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that taking into consideration of the fact that the petitioner is the wife of a freedom fighter, the representations made on 17.02.2009 and 19.05.2009 may be directed to be disposed of within a reasonable time.

2. Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner's representations would be considered and appropriate orders would be passed within a time as may be fixed by this Court.

In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, a direction is issued to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated 17.02.2009 and 19.05.2009 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the third parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
