(through video conference) Since the relief sought by the Petitioners in this Writ Petition has already been granted by this Court in the order dated 26.08.2020 in W.P.Nos.12961, 13143 and 12947 of 2020, Learned Counsel for the Petitioners seek permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition reserving the rights of the Petitioners to pursue their remedies in terms of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

aforesaid order passed by this Court and he has also filed a memo dated 23.09.2020 to that effect through e-mail dated 24.09.2020, which is placed on record.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid clarification. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
