Though the petitioner has sought for direction to the respondents to post him as Salesman under the control of the respondent, the petitioner restricts his claim for a direction to the respondents to consider his representation made in this regard.

2. Hence, there shall be a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.05.2011 on its own merits and pass orders in accordance with law, within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With this direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
