(CRIME NO.02 OF 2022) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to (i) Relax the condition imposed on petitioner to report before the Investigating officer once in a week on every Sunday at 10.30 a.m until further orders in Crl.M.P.Nos.6243 & 6224 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.Nos.5095 & 5221 of 2022 dated 29.04.2022. [CRL.M.P.Nos.8278 & 8279/2022] Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.NAVEEN, Advocate for the petitioner [IN BOTH THE PETITIONS] and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. These applications has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.Nos.6243 & 6244 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.Nos.5095 & 5221 of 2022 on 29.04.2022 to report before the Investigating Officer once in a week on every Sunday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is totally relaxed. However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
