Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records from the 1st and 3rd respondent, quash G.O.Ms.No.200, Finance [CMPC] Department, dated 10.07.2015 issued by the 1st respondent and the consequential order of the 3rd respondent bearing Letter No.10206/EC/2/2015-2 dated 05.08.2015 and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to approve the recommendation to grant revision of Grade Pay to Assistant Draughtsman on par with other departments submitted by the 4th respondent vide Letter No.TNPCB/P7/07137/4 dated 03.06.2015 and further direct the 4th respondent to revise the pay scale of the petitioner from Rs.5200-20200 + Grade Pay Rs.2000 to Rs.5200-20200+Grade Pay Rs.2400/- with effect from the date when the same was extended.

ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the above writ petition and has circulated a letter dated 30.01.2017 to the Registry to that effect. He has also made an endorsement in the writ petition. In view of the submission of the letter dated 30.01.2017 to the Registry and the endorsement, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

No costs.

Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
