This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioners to quash the FIR in Crime No.12 of 2024 on the file of Inspector of Police, W14 All Women Police Station, Thiruvottiyur.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent police submitted that the investigation has already been completed and the charge sheet has also been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvottiyur, on 22.05.2025 vide Ref.No.LTN20220001488C202500013.

3. Since no adverse order is being passed against the second respondent, notice to the second respondent is dispensed with.
