ORDER

Alleging that the legal heir certificate in pursuant to the death of his maternal grand mother has been issued without including the name of his mother, since the deceased and then the name of the petitioner and others, a representation was given by the petitioner to the respondent No.1 on 09.06.2013. The complaint of the petitioner was forwarded by respondent No.1 to respondent No.2 as per the proceedings dated 26.07.2013. However, no action has been taken despite the subsequent representation given by the petitioner on 13.01.2015. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Taking into consideration of the pendency of the representation of the petitioner dated 13.01.2015 and the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

communication sent by the respondent No.1 dated 26.07.2013 which is pending consideration with respondent No.2, a direction is issued to the respondent No.2 to consider the same and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the third parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
