This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to substitute the name of Smt.Yashumathi H.Doshi as partner of 3rd Revision Petitioner M/s.Doshi Constructions in the place of deceased partner Mr.Harsha V.Dohsi in the above C.R.P.

2. Mrs.AL.Ganthimathi, learned counsel for revision petitioners submitted that as one of partner of 3rd petitioner viz., M/s.Doshi Constructions, Mr. Harshad V. Doshi died on 17.04.2018, his wife wanted to implead herself as one of partner of 3rd petitioner in this Civil Revision Petition. Hence, she filed the above petition.

3. Mr.K.V.Bhashyam Chari, learned counsel appearing for 2nd respondent appeared and submitted that he has no objection for allowing this petition.

Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Court is inclined to allow this petition and to substitute the name of Smt.Yashumathi H.Doshi as partner of 3rd Revision Petitioner M/s.Doshi Constructions in the place of deceased partner Mr.Harsha V.Dohsi in the above C.R.P.

5. Post the matter on 18.11.2022.

08.11.2022 rpp N.B. : Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title.
