ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to conduct the survey in the subject property within the time fixed by this Court. 2.Mr.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that the respondent has already fixed a date to conduct the survey on 10.10.2020 at 10.00 a.m. The learned Special Government Pleader also submitted that the petitioner can be present along with all the relevant documents before the respondent. 3.Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case and also the facts that the respondent has already fixed a date to conduct the survey, there shall be a direction to the respondent to complete the survey strictly in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
