The counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents made a submission that the petitioner has already been provided with an alternate employment of light duty and thus, the grievances are redressed. In this regard, the learned counsel for the respondents furnished a copy of the proceedings dated 15.05.2019 issued by the General Manager of the respondent / Corporation.

2. In respect of other grievances, fixation of pay or otherwise, if any exists, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the competent authorities. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
