Respondents Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records passed by the respondents 2 to 4 in awarding the contract to Respondents 5 to 7 by their 84th Board Level Tender Committee proceedings dated 16.06.2014 in Na.Ka.No.5691/Sayalaga Piruvu/2013 and quash the award of contract by the respondents 2 to 4 to respondents 5 to 7 for the period 2013-2016 and consequently direct the respondents 2 to 4 to award the contract to the petitioner-company for the supply of Poly End Films for the period 2013-2016 and pass further orders.

ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner and respondents would submit that the contract period has already expired and so nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect and seeking permission to withdraw the writ petition.

2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
